Rakeback is a nice option, but in fact that only applies to players who have lost money in a month? I think you also have to make it attractive to players who gamble profitably and who also have a positive balance sheet. VIP section seems to be something that is important to players. The most important thing in my opinion remains the speed at which players are paid out.

Rakeback is for everyone. The loseback is just a bonus on top of everything else for users that's lvl 700+
Did they offer a rakeback for a normal accounts or accounts that have not reached VIP yet? The rake back and loseback sounds the same but loseback has more to offer but only available for higher level accounts.
@yayayo rakeback does not work like that but rakeback enables you to earn percentage of the bets you placed and no its not only available monthly but can be depending on the casino because some casinos only enables rakeback after you achieve any level of VIP. Some VIP levels are tough to get and it can take you months or longer than that. VIP options is interesting but there are other features that are more interesting because they do not take time or lots of money to have.
