The deposit has been closed since April 8 (they write the technical reason, and for the sake of withdrawal, it can be seen on the blockchain that they transferred from my gate.io address to the main gate.io fedora tips address of the coin.
Unfortunately nothing much we can do here since (as far as I know) Gate.io doesn't have official account here so we can't even tag them and try to force them that way to look into your case This can at least serve as a warning for others that are using this exchange to thread carefully and if they have to use it, to send only smaller amounts.
By the way, have you tried contacting them via Twitter again as from I understand that helped back in August when you got 1/3 of the money.
Do you have a discord, a telegram? to send you pictures. Then you can post them.
I have pictures of how other users have credited the deposit, I got it from other people.
