Good question, I tried to find specific information about the 400% deposit bonus but I could not find anything in the Bonus Terms page. The bonus terms page is more about something like no deposit bonus or free spins. I cant even visit the Promo page without an account, I do think this page should be accessible without an account.

Usually there is a minimum deposit requirement for deposit bonus which might be different with the general minimum deposit on the site. As I said before, there is a missing information about this bonus. Sandbox should have a separated information for such specific bonus and it should be visible without an account.
