almost all my crypto transactions i do on binance and ftx exchange... i'm comfortable using both, i also don't want to try trading on other exchanges because it's not necessarily safe.  binance has the most complete pair while the ftx withdrawal fee is very low, this is what makes these two exchanges special to me.
