For what is worth, change of password on an account doesn't mean much, its just a sign of some added security upon an account and a lot more other users does this. Just to be sure there account haven't been compromised and its greatly advised too.
On the count of account buying, I'm not so sure this account fits the bill. Its a Jr. Member account, having a single merit on it with lots of bounty posts, a neutral tag that rates towards the negative and its not without issues. This makes the account a lot more undesirable for any form of trade. Though, it could still change hands, perhaps from a tired user to some other active bounty cheater that needs more accounts on a gold plata.
On the Plagiarism count, we've got some real case to look out got here. I don't need up to a 50% rating on a post to an original post to have decided on if an account have Plagiarised or not. A mean, from what I see now, OP completely plagiarised that content. I would have asked why but, looking at his trust rating and previous accusations on the account:

One who can cheat by duplicating someone other bounty participants social media post, tries to impersonate as the original poster and deactivates or hides his/her account, can almost do whatever to make the quota. The account is clearly aimed at bounties and taking some qualifications from him or even enforcing the rule on accounts associated with Plagiarism would be a good thing.
Also about OP, a brand new account and your first post is about spotting a bounty cheater... There is no doubt in my mind that OP is clearly an alt and I would like to say this, 'what your trying to archive with this account, can also be archived using your original account.' Except your scared of being looked up on and that doesn't make you seem like a very good user too.

The user claiming that someone was pretending to be him and copying his social media where in fact he is the one who probably copying the report of other or probably same group using the same template to report?

The address of this users is not connected with the accused accounts addresses it is probably this user randomly copy the report of others (which is I don't think coincidence for copying cheater's report) and I cannot check the other reports of whatcoinorg since the FB accounts of the accused users above changed to private/deleted since I cannot see the reports of the the other reports of the accused users and only the FB of Murit is working.
