There's an absolute ton of users that have been outed on the "Known Alts of any-one" which seem to get lost in the amount of replies that go on there, so it might be worth someone combing through it, and condensing the list down into a more readable format. Not entirely sure the best way of doing that on forum though, the code tag is probably the most appropriate for a scrollable list.

Also, most users that are spamming the forum should probably be reported, since they're likely not only breaking your bounty quality threshold, but that of the forums too.
