Restart the Wallet ...

If that does not help, then the best way is to remove all the contents of the Chain (NOT the wallet.dat File) and start it syncing again.

There are other ways of Syncing (BootStrap and even Copying the Chain Acroos to your Folder) but they are a little more complicated to do.
