In Florida the criminal statute of limitations for robbery theft is 7 years.  For civil suit it’s 5 years.  This is a huge case.  It would take a year to put together.  And it’s been 5 years. 

The only thing I can sue for is whistleblower abuse and since I have psychiatric evidence of the stress they caused me and my kids I can get a few million in punitive damages.

I blew my wad.  Glad the winklevii got off, they’re good Christians.  Sorry for Marshall but you bankrupted me and destroyed my children’s life.  And you stole even I know it needed to be done and if I had your job I’d do it too.  It’s a matter of national security that the US and the other countrues get as many coins as possible to rebuild and control the economy. 

I should have just settled with cryptsy but I couldn’t knowing they were stealing billions from me and offering $20 something k.  That’s piss money but I could sure use it now.
