Forget about compensation, they will not take care of low ranks it looks like. The more Stake grows as gambling platform, the more problems appear especially for lower ranks. I doubt it is related to service quality, they have to make Vip host accessible for lower ranks too, IMHO.
I agree with you. The much more they grow, the less they will care about low-ranked players. The service quality will definitely be affected. It's a sad reality that Stake Keep changing the terms instead of hiring more VIP host. The more players level up, They need more VIP hosts to handle a lot of players every day. So, I guess this is one of the reasons for changing the rules. Most likely, Stake is not going to hire more VIPs soon and they will keep on their decision. So, You are right. Lower rank players will face more problems in getting their service. Also, It's almost impossible to have a dedicated VIP host for every player. That's why VIP is VIP. But, I guess The Stake has enough support agents. And Every player can contact live support and moderators.
Unfortunately, it works like this for all companies in the niche. They start with low reputation and non-traceable history and they tend to attract new gamblers at this period. They bust their ass at that period as they badly need new clients. Once they are known and reputable, they start to calculate each penny. That is how it works in reality. And Stake confirms this general rule
