Explain to me why I have to pay customs fee to DHL for handling my package?
That's not what you declared.
You said there won't be any problems and additional costs.
I paid premium for your service which whas dealyed shipping and now package is stuck and won't be released before weekend.

How much do you need to pay for your package?
That was not a custom tax he as talking about but a DHL handling fee for their service to clear customs. If anyone has to pay this I am happy to reimburse you.
