I have never used any helper programs, scripts or other automated tools. Oldschool only: Report to moderator→Enter comment→Submit.
I don't know, maybe I'm being paranoid, but I don't trust my computer that hosts my forum account to any third party extensions or scripts.
(I won't ask whether you're human, although...hmm...)
