Some coins still helding an ICO but it seems no one (very few people) that have interest in this kind of event anymore, new projects usually doing their sale on launchpad with a whitelist and directly listed their projects into swap platform, so they don't need to sell their coins in the exchanges but the price of the coins could go higher as long as the demand is high. So i think ICO is no longer people's favourite in crypto space
