Forget about compensation, they will not take care of low ranks it looks like. The more Stake grows as gambling platform, the more problems appear especially for lower ranks. I doubt it is related to service quality, they have to make Vip host accessible for lower ranks too, IMHO.

The much more they grow, the less they will care about low-ranked players. The service quality will definitely be affected. It's a sad reality that Stake Keep changing the terms instead of hiring more VIP host. The more players level up, They need more VIP hosts to handle a lot of players every day. So, I guess this is one of the reasons for changing the rules. Most likely, Stake is not going to hire more VIPs soon and they will keep on their decision. So, You are right. Lower rank players will face more problems in getting their service. Also, It's almost impossible to have a dedicated VIP host for every player. That's why VIP is VIP. But, I guess The Stake has enough support agents. And Every player can contact live support and moderators.
In my opinion it is exaggerated to say like that. Increasing the requirement to reach the benefits in the VIP program does not mean the less care about low or small players. Live support is still there, any players regardless the rank are still able to contact live support. As long as I know, VIP host works similar to Live Support but in different place. Live support is on the site while VIP host is on telegram. Live support is available 24/7 while VIP host is not available 24/7.
I'm trying to be neutral here, I am not fully agree with all the changes. Increasing the requirement is fine but removing some benefits from those who have reached the level before the change is not fair enough for the players. I am sure there are many players are disappointed with the change especially players ranked Platinum 3 and below.
