I wrote about it many times. There are about 10 - 15 such accounts. The fact that they write every now and then gives the impression that there are hundreds of complaints, which of course is only an illusion.

The complaints have been piling up for at least 5 years on this forum, probably longer. And that's just on this forum. They may have the record for more complaints than any other crypto casino in history. And no, they aren't all just fake people, and no, it doesn't matter that they said "ok we are new people now, fresh start". They're still 1xbit. And even if anyone gave them a second chance, it's been blown.

I do not understand how your statement relates to the fact that I have provided examples of several accounts spamming this thread without any apparent desire to solve their problem.
