How do you know where the funds are coming from? These are bitcoin transactions and they don't have any geolocation!
You are right, bitcoin transactions don't contain personal information or information about geolocation that can well be used to identify the nationality of those who are making donations. But to make a donation you first need to visit the Tallycoin website which collects personal information such as email addresses, bitcoin addresses, usage data, IP addresses, your name or pseudonym, etc. Not only do they collect such information, but they also share this information with anyone who asks for it to protect themselves. For example, if some authoritarian government wants to know who donated to an opposition party, they can request such information from Tallycoin and will likely get the answer.
