What they did is right, they make the guy exert a lot of effort first but he did not know that his efforts are only going to get wasted. Not familiar to the term Pandora faucet farming but faucet abuse is popular in every casinos so I do not think every casino can make an explanation to prove that they are right.
You shouldn't say that the casino is right without knowing the reasons they did what they did and explaining and/or showing proof that backs that up. The remaining balance on the account was not wagered further, according to the info provided in the scam accusation thread. So the casino should explain what the player did wrong. Staying quiet makes no sense. Destroying your reputation for $20 worth of DOGE makes even less sense.
