As a result, the motivation to re-enter the market is higher today than 4 years ago. I think it is extremely unlikely that we will now have to go through a 3-year lean period. Prices will rise faster.
So why not now, or tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow? The people are hot, but not burned. They smell profit - and they want profit. Psychology is the most important factor. And the psychology is right at the moment.
