from my point of view:
- if we mine and stay mining in the future, we will find a block (more blocks)
, it is only a question of time
- if we adjust the hashpower to the diff change, i.e. hire more miners, then we might find a block earlier
- but I would stay with 20 to max 30 PHs, because there are several blocks found with a very small hashrate (13-200THs)
- the Luck is calculated from the number of shares generated to the diff, so if we need as many shares as the diff is high, the Luck would be 100%.
