I bought a refurbished iPhone after which it locked up. Saved the money but now thought I'd spend it on a handyman who could help. I'm not used to giving up my phone when it breaks even though many said I could throw it away. The types of locking listed have nothing in common with each other, so the action in each case must be different accordingly. I wanted to get my iPhone unlocked and tried several options, even buying spare parts in case it broke because of my bad hands. Through iCloud Activation Lock I got it unlocked and am still using it.
