Develcuy lying to my face that the coins were a donation and his work which he never did was for free. Nobody else ever take a law class. We entered into an agreement, work/help where we requested a website for Ixcoin which we donated 20,000. No work done after I saw he was committing blatant fraud in Peru - no help/work contract is broken and they’re in clear violation by withholding our payment. This is black and white. Develcuy is a liar and a crook.
