Everyone can do with Gulden what they want. It is decentralized. Code is on GitHub.
c'mon Rijk has been grinding on Gulden since 2014. He obviously works hard on the coin but he is trying to make a point that Gulden is decentralized and it's greatest strength is to have more people involved doing what they want with Gulden.
