My 3060s will either start at 150 mh/s or 750 mh/s ton hashrate. It's completely random, turning off the miner and running it again is pointless. Some times the 1st one will start at full speed, after the miner restart the 2nd one will, after some restarts they will both start at 150, and maybe after a shitton of restarts both will start with full speed. This is without tampering with OC at all. I've done extensive testing these past few days and this shit is so random, it happens on every pool and it only happens with ETH+TON dual mining. I'm running w10 but maybe the miner has the same issue on hiveOS.
