So what are the advantages of a VIP host, is this really detrimental if it is removed for platinum 3? I can't imagine how they work just seems to be quicker at helping if there's a problem?
Nothing really special but VIP host give you better experience than live support because we can communicate privately to talk about anything related to our account anytime anywhere without opening Stake website. VIP host also give you surprise bonus that you cant get without VIP host. Other advantage is that VIP host may remind you or offer you to activate reload when you forget about it. There was also special regular event in the Stake forum for VIP player and each VIP host manage his/her own team to compete with other team to win decent reward. I myself lost my VIP host long time ago but I do not really care about it.
