Surprised no one mentioned GTX 780 TI. 10MH+ plus a lot less power requirements and less heat.
how much power consumption?
this just got bumped to more than 20 MHash/s. Here's an example for my 3x 780Ti rig.

The power efficient 750 Ti now does 11.5 MHash/s

(we removed all the divergence from our Hefty1 implementation by applying logical ops
instead of branching)
