well i,ll be a shit throwing monkey.....lol after 3 days finally got it. sent a micro trans 0.000001 without a miner fee.
and it unlocked my wallet was able to send 284$ to were i wanted ...solved

lesson learned. If you need your money again fast, dont send all your inputs without fees
(well, only do that if you have big outputs and old coins)
