I don't know if you noticed, but the post you are quoting is asking for help in clarifying the case. There are many such posts in this thread. The authors of these posts do not pay attention to whether someone wants to help them and advise on how they can at least try to solve the problem. You will see that the author of quoted post will not even read this reply, but he will soon start spamming this thread by copying the same text over and over again.
