well, maybe at the time he asked, it was the right time. because of that, many people say that when you are ready to buy or invest, it is the right time, because you don't know what the potential will be in the future. well, even right now, if the person is ready, it could be a great time. it could be that the bitcoin price is back at $50k a few weeks or months later, and the altcoin price has gone up too. It definitely was the right thing to do at the time and I am proud tro say that I am one of those who bought at that time, to be honest I have doubts at that time and thought that the prices might go even lower but alas it didn't and I was able to made a profit. I still have to get back in though but I think it's a waiting game for me right now.
Even this very moment ? it is a Perfect time to buy because we are still in 40k level in which surely you understand because we have been in 68k in the past(Last year actually) meaning the next ATH will be at least 6 digits value and that is High for the price now, you may earn 150% if the value of bitcoin break that finally the 100,000$.
I don't know if how much are you planning to buy but for me as long as i have available funds? i will always bring those to buying Bitcoin before the train runs again .
