The irony with crypto world is that there are too many projects launched but there is no regulatory authority here. It is also true that almost all projects claim to have magic inside them but fail to cross even the crowd funding phase. Acquiring a talented team doesnt guarantee any success since the team members are involved in so many projects. In the end its just like playing gamble for investing in crypto ICO.
