It's still cheaper than to WD from stake/primedice to binance/other exchange and depo back. Also till some of the amounts it's cheaper than WD to changelly/coinswitch to exchange funds.
It is cheaper to convert coins rather than paying withdrawal fees twice on both exchange and Stake but the frequency of promo code drops should be increased.
Instead of paying a $12 withdrawal fee, I prefer to convert ETH to TRX and pay minimum fees
