I think he should sign a new contract. He is a very important player for Chelsea. I'd say the best in defense. He plays great games as a defender. Any team may want him, but I think Rudiger should stay at Chelsea. Chelsea will form a much more successful team in a few years. He could even be the captain of this squad. I also think that Antonio Rüdiger should sign in new contract with Chelsea. If he stays in Chelsea for a long time he will be a really valuable player for Chelsea. And obviously as mentioned he can be the captain of Chelsea later.
I can surely say that world football is not in the greatest situation right now but Chelsea is a team that looks really stable and will be doing good in the future. So it will be best for him to stay here in my opinion.
