I hope that in the future more complaints will be considered positively and this situation will be leveled out opinion about 1xbit.
That can only happen if they resolve many of their pending scam accusations and get rid of majority of their red trust ratings which is why this is just wishful thinking on your part.
I think there may be a misunderstanding about "pending" accusations. 1xbit claims to have answered all issues on Bitcointalk. Without a specific example, that you are talking about, it's hard for me to comment, because maybe 1xbit answer was negative and the user does not agree. I think it would be best if you show some example, then we would have a better picture of the situation.
The problem her is that, there are many ignorant persons who normally come here to accuse 1×bit of what they don't have a crystal clear understanding about. We all know that 1×bit is working delligently to make sure that all complains are resolved but, many persons still will not look into that. They are only after haters who keep creating accounts to contineously accusing 1×bit.
