In accordance with results of this discussion, I am, on behalf of jonest people who are tired of watching the performances that each time plays out in front of them in every competition by these corruped merit-sourcers & high-ranked signature gangs, proposal to create "Unified Rules for Bitcointalk Contests" for preventing manipulation of voting in these contests & for establishg fair play

1) Merit-sourcers do not have the right to hand out merit to voters in contest topics and derivative discussions. If merit-sourcer violates this rule, he should be tagged as "Voting manupulator"
