MosaicChain will be a peer-to-peer joint-stock cooperative. Each of its participants (digi-citizen) will have a share in a peer-to-peer joint-stock cooperative, confirmed by a personal token action. A personal token promotion, on the one hand, is an analogue of a passport, since it records all the data about a person, allows him to create a personal account in MosaicChain, and is also the basis for receiving public services and participating in administrative procedures. On the other hand, a personal token share guarantees dividends from MosaicChain's profits, which makes it similar to securities. A personal token campaign also gives you the opportunity to participate in voting on any issues (crowdreferendums), sign documents.
When do you plan to launch a MosaicChain in full mode?
We are currently negotiating. When the memorandum is signed, we will immediately launch the platform. Without a real state, we will not be able to implement some parts of the platform.
Within the framework of the business platform, it is proposed to introduce a special taxation regime. Thus, by lowering taxes, but using reliable methods of collecting them, it is possible to increase the volume of tax revenues. This will be of interest to the states with which we will cooperate. At the moment we are negotiating with 12 countries. Cape Verde, Costa Rica, Marshall Islands, Tonga, Federated States of Micronesia, Nauru, Kiribati, Sao Tome and Principe, Iceland, Suriname, Guyana, East Timor.
