I would like to ask if you users need to submit KYC? and what are the current promotions you are doing, do you have signature campaign?
It's tough to tell since op hasn't been active in this thread after posting the ANN though I am expecting them to enforce KYC for various reasons based on my research. Check with their customer support since they could provide detailed answers.
I think we have to give him a chance:) may be he will be active in case of true troubleshooting.
They do deserve a chance just like any other crypto gambling site, but that is only possible if they are active now and then at the very least in this thread.
If they are rarely active in this forum, majority of the gamblers won't take them seriously.
