It could be both. When I site is dead and op is not active after 3 days after creating the thread even though just answering some questions of getting feedbacks from gamblers so I think that after the site being dead they abandoned it knowing that they can't make it up again. It's already February but they didn't seem to get active again. My guess is that op won't be active anytime soon but op might be active again visit their ann thread on bitcointalk.
