Well, maybe your country doesn't block the casino but the casino blocks your country's IP, that's totally possible, and the only solution for this is to use a VPN... I know you don't like this option, but you don't have a lot of options, I only see two of them:

1.-Get a VPN and move on with the casino.
2.-Move to a new country.

If the casino doesn't allow VPN and it's blocking your country then that site is not for you, keep walking to the next site
