I tried, and you need 43RP to exchange 1 WoF. And you can increase the number of WoF by betting or multiply btc game.
So maybe, this is the reason why they already remove the multiply RP bonus.

"You can exchange a maximum of 1 WOF tickets per day" . seems like greed for me, but it's okay, now we have 1 free WOF got from email and 1 more from RP. maybe when you are having some Amount of FUN held will get more WOF a day.
