After so many accounts* didn't you understand that this won't happen at all.
I guess some Users will not or wont understand it that they are banned permanent for breaking the rules.
Specialy when they doing an ban evasion with other and new Accounts.
I mean its the right for everybody to APPEAL but in this case it wont be happend at all.
