would you mind sharing any evidence(i.e. screenshots, emails, etc...) to support your claim? It's not that I don't believe you, but being around here in the forum for a while now I've seen people create false allegations against gambling sites because they lost or got punished because they broke the rules. providing proper evidence would certainly help your case and hopefully resolve it.
