At least 10 - 20 spins a day would be so thrilling.
It's actually restricted based on how much you wager. If as I did in the old days you wager a lot you can exchange 100.

It would also mean that the lottery cumulative prize totals shown on the page would be a lie because as people exchanged their tickets the prize pool would go down.
