I don’t believe that the code is available. It looks more like (My)SQL code than BBCode, which would even make it less likely to be around.

It’s likely to be real code, although not necessarily: it could simply be a draft extract from a longer procedure, custom trimmed to focus on the part than one wants to display, and omitting code that one wants to be left private.
