Choice will depend on what you seek online, if you like to be learn and still be able to be entertained, YouTube is the best, their services satisfy a broader audience unlike tiktok that is mostly for entertainment. I personally do not use tiktok and do not have plans to, but a decision for me to not use youtube means a decision to not learn.
