I got the information form several outlets. I guess it is a time of undefinition and continuous changes in opinion even from the governments. I take it that since it changed in 9 days, it may very well be back into track in another 9
I think that keeping the ban is just ridiculous as you would be ignoring transactions and people would still find the way to trade even if they have to fake KYC and the like in foreign exchanged.
