The thing you can do related to your case is try to use a VPN, but you should ask the casino whether they allow you to use a VPN with doing KYC or just use VPN. It matters because you want to prevent something bad as you do not use your own IP since your ISP blacklist the site.

As far as I know, if you have dynamic IP and you reset your modem, your IP will change to another IP but the site or your ISP will know that you want to access the gambling site. So in this matter, you still need to use VPN. I suggest you use a premium VPN to get many IPs from many countries. But you should not change your IP when you already or register on one casino with that IP because the casino can be suspicious with your account.
