Finally, I cancel my 46 LTC withdraw request and divide it for 10 small withdraws.
After 2 days I withdraw all amount, and pay fee 10 times.

Good to see that you have got your funds , but it is sadden to know that you need to spend more fees than just lower using single transaction .

Hope this will never happen again to you.
