Waited another week before sending a third email.  I still have not heard back from Matt or anyone from DZ Coop about my issue.  Anyone willing to look can see my refund address, on all posts in this and the main R17 thread going back to January, has never changed.  There still has been no transactions or refund issued for my order.  Can someone please look into this or  give me some kind of update on the status of my refund?
