Why? Is it scam casino?
Finally, I cancel my 46 LTC withdraw request and divide it for 10 small withdraws.
After 2 days I withdraw all amount, and pay fee 10 times.
Support don't reply me at ticket and email. So, I don't recommend use this casino for paying, because client service very low.
This is not good even if you withdrew all your money they should still address why this thing happens, it's easy for them to accept deposits but they make it hard for their players to withdraw their winnings, players should and can withdraw their earnings with one go and anytime, this is another hot wallet issue, we all thought that it's been addressed before.
