Two things are happening here..
1. The casino does not have the available cashflow to payout large withdrawals, so they pay in smaller increments as
new money come in.
2. They draw out the payment process, knowing that the gambler will continue playing and will also lose most of his/her balance ..so eventually it will be much less to payout.
You have to hand it to these small casinos, they have genius backup plans to manage a small bankroll..... and they also know how to hide it.

The play has abused the system by Felix Gamin slot "Dark Mystic" that's why the gambling site refused the withdrawal of the OP. I do not think it is fault of the gambling site. Please correct me if I am regarding the issue arises.
They have a policy of paying out big wins very slowly. Had nothing to do with whether or not the guy cheated.
The fact they found out months later they were cheated (I'm still not convinced they're not full of shit) doesn't and shouldn't justify or change anyone's opinion on the situation. He was treated the way a non cheating player would likely be treated.,
