I support the idea of also including the above mentioned teams as likely threats to Man City's win because they all have shown enough promise in games past. Chelsea and Man United have only had the opportunity to carry it 5 times in the 14/15 season and 16/17 season respectively but will want to break that drought this season.
Although, Liverpool and Manchester City have the highest number of carrying the cup, 8 times each, yet nothing will stop them from vying. I see Liverpool taking it or being runners up
