In case you are still evaluating, Kraken allows SEPA withdrawal to a personal bank account for a fee of 0.09€; this excludes non-personal bank accounts like Transferwise. Binance is also gradually reinstating SEPA withdrawals (see fees) beside having never disabled P2P transactions.
